From vet school to a life of pups.
Hey there — my name is Fredo and I run the El Perro Presidente kennel. We've been loving our pups for over 23 years. I went to school to be a vet, but found myself getting more joy introducing pups to new families.
I started with English Bulldogs, then Frenchies, and also Shih Tzus and Yorkies. I structured my program on healthy dogs — all of my pups and parents have been health tested and 4-panel cleared.
